Clarification and A Comment

I want to start by letting you know that this page is not finished yet and it will look different soon.

Okay, so now I guess I want to clarify something. There is a place where you can submit a comment to the posts on this blog. So in “First Addition” when I said that people could write comments in to me and threads or topics of discussion could grow and develop based on a kind of interaction, I did not mean posting comments in that way. Of course this is possible too and it is nice to be able to read the comments. But what I mean is that if you read anything on this blog and it causes you to write a response, pursue the topic of discussion more deeply or any version of responding that strikes you as appropriate, you can e-mail me and we can see if we can get something that will be fit to post in the body of the blog. It should be fun. If enough people are into it then it could turn into something with real momentum. I guess I should create an e-mail address for this so, if you want to respond in this way and put your two cents in on a topic of conversation, or even to start up or suggest a topic with your comments then e-mail me at blog@yogascope.com and your comments may be posted as part of the text of an entry. I also want it to be understood that I will not post something without the author getting to see how his or her submission will be presented.

On another note, Maureen Maybank from Scotland made a very nice comment on my first post. One of the things she said that I liked was “So many friends on the same road using similar maps but reading them in unique ways.” I feel my understanding is so often enhanced by someone else’s ability to look at the same things from a different perspective. I like the idea of celebrating each of our uniquenesses and I deeply appreciate her comments and the way in which she so effortlessly created a sense of connection even from across the Atlantic. :)

Peace.
