So this is simply a B Series Sun Salutation, Surya Namaskar B, with a Handstand slipped into the sequence.

I am sure we will. There will be a point in the teacher training that we will play with floating and going up into handstands. It will be fun. But I am always open to exploring them and analyzing the process.
